In August 2018 under the leadership of John T. Beat ConnXtionz started running 3 fitness classes per week.  In this motivating, positive and encouraging atmosphere so many have come through and made healthy lifestyle changes.  For many, healthy habits started with the classes but would follow through to their nutrition and mind.  John T. will always be the BOSS OF BOOTCAMP.  We hope we are making him proud.   R.I.P.
